
That's what I said to my husband the first time I made cheesecake for him. He said "I don't really like cheesecake, thanks though." Well, as a baker of many years, having gotten my start in my mom's kitchen as just a wee one, I knew I could change his mind. I know - you're not supposed to try and change your man, right? But c'mon! We're talking cheesecake! So I persevered. And just recently, I came up with an idea that was sure to make him come crawling on his knees for more.
Let's face it: Most of us are still kids, especially men, right? I thought if I could present the cheesecake in a fashion where my husband could play with his food like he did while he was still wearing nappies, surely that would entice him. Guess what? It worked.
Here's what I did:
Based on his response and many of my friends and acquaintances (and certainly to my two young sons, or as they call themselves, the R&D testers), I've decided to make these 'sweet treats' available to all.
